"Like a Good Neighbor ..State Farm insurance is not there. By far the worst experience dealing with a company in my life. Corrupt adjusters who try to force you to go with the company they choose ... And when you don't they give you a hard time getting repair money. I've been insured with this company decades and regret ever doing so. Do not use State Farm period."

Today I had to transfer plates from one vehicle to another. While working with the DMV at their office (and at the last minute) I was told I needed updated insurance ID cards for the transaction. I contacted Chris Palmer and within minutes I had an email with the correct vehicle information to provide to DMV. I can't thank you enough for being there when I needed this help.
